Julie was manager of MACH from December 2004 and Manager of Metro since March 2007. Julie has previously worked in project management, casework, equity and access, and complaint management areas – primarily in the NSW public sector.

Dennis is Metro’s accountant. He has 10 years of accounting and auditing experience prior to joining Metro in September 2011. His previous roles as accountant, auditor and planning officer in a financial institution have helped him to effectively oversight Metro’s financial management functions and ensure we meet our reporting and compliance obligations.

Dennis joined Metro in 2011 through a traineeship program whilst completing postgraduate studies required for conversion of his overseas qualifications. He has since completed his Graduate Diploma and is a qualified chartered accountant.

Errik has completed Postgraduate Diploma of Accounting and Finance Management, he has over 15 years working experience in Finance and Accounting role, most are within Non-For-Profit Organisations and Banking sector; some of his key responsibilities and experience are: Accounts and Finance Management, Payroll, Banking, Assisting of the audit and budgeting process.

Dawn is our Access and Demand Officer, and has extensive experience in both the Government and Not for Profit sector. She brings with her knowledge of the Social Service sectors and works with our partners and organisations in maintaining a good rapport and developing relationships for people with high and complex needs. Dawn has developed her housing knowledge to a high level and is the initial contact for enquiries regarding Housing applications, application status on the housing register or what other services may be available to clients.

Tatiane is originally from Brazil and has been in Australia for two and a half years.  Tatiane has many talents including her lovely and friendly phone manner and attention to detail.  Tatiane is the first contact of Metro and is a wonderful member of the Metro family. 

Warren joined Metro Community Housing as full time Housing Officer in 2014. Having previously been an active member of the Metro Board over many years. Warren has previous experience in youth supported accommodation, 2 years working in disability and aged assistance with a HACC service and 10 years assisting international students with Sydney homestay accommodation and welfare. Warren now undertakes the role of Housing Manager for our tenancy team.

Joanne joined Metro as a Housing Officer in October 2013 having several years’ previous experience in a similar role with a larger housing provider in the inner metropolitan area. Joanne has extensive experience in assisting and supporting tenants.

Tracey Shephard joined Metro Housing in 2014. Tracey has an extensive knowledge of Asset Management, having previously worked for several large community housing providers both here and in the UK. Tracey oversees the maintenance of Metro’s properties.

Lucyenne originally joined Metro Community Housing as our receptionist in 2017 and has now moved into a new position, part time Housing officer. She is heavily involved in the new Supported Transition and Engagement Program (STEP) and will continue to work in partnership with the other agencies for the duration of the program.  Lucyenne’s previous experience was in the customer service industry.

Emma joined Metro Community Housing as our receptionist/administrative officer in 2014. Emma has now moved onto sharing reception with Charlotte and is contact person for enquiries regarding Housing applications, application status on the housing register or what other services may be available to clients.

Sonia has joined the Metro family as In-house support worker
